I’m a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate emotional challenges and life transitions. My practice is focused exclusively on working with adults - particularly those healing from the lasting effects of childhood trauma, anxiety, and PTSD.
I provide trauma-focused therapy in Sherman Oaks and Encino, California, and offer telehealth therapy for clients across California. Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand. My role is to help you make sense of those patterns by identifying and processing the root experiences where they began - often earlier in life - and begin to shift them in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
I am certified through the EMDR Institute and integrate evidence-based approaches such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), along with somatic and body-based techniques to support nervous system regulation and deeper trauma processing. This allows us to go beyond traditional talk therapy and work at a deeper level, addressing both the mind and body in the healing process. As we work through these underlying experiences, clients often notice improvements in self-worth, emotional clarity, and their ability to feel more grounded and at ease in their day-to-day lives.
